Memorial Day Notice
To memorize and honor all the victims and heroes in fighting against the Coronavirus, we would like everyone’s support in our attempt of holding a Memorial Day.
All the lords from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions of China will not be able to log in to the game from 19:30 April 3rd to 6:00 April 5th UTC. And everyone will be activated with 12 hours of Protection Shield from time to time until 6:00 04/05 UTC.
During the period, if you couldn’t log into the game because the IP address got blocked and you are not located in the above-mentioned locations, please submit a ticket to our Support Center >>https://support.gtarcade.com/search?gid=346.
Compensation will be sent to ALL Players after it ends.
